My Journey of Inner Work
Uprooting your life and moving to a new country isn’t just a logistical challenge — it’s an inner one… For me, the move from Canada to South America is the outer expression of something I’ve been working on for over a decade: releasing old patterns, healing the past, and building the confidence to create a life that feels truly aligned…
For many years, I lived a life that felt… small.
I stayed within my comfort zone, played safe, and carried a quiet but heavy belief that I wasn’t good enough. Deep down, I struggled with confidence and self-worth. On the outside, I looked like I was holding things together. On the inside, I often felt unseen, defensive, and like I had to keep proving myself.
That inner disconnection eventually became too much to ignore.
The Turning Point
My path toward self-discovery began almost by accident. While working as a self-representing artist, I started exploring ways to release “money blocks” — only to discover that my interest wasn’t really about money at all. What I was searching for was freedom: freedom from limitations, from old stories, from the invisible chains I had been carrying.
The real breakthrough came during a painful breakup after a 16-year relationship. I went looking for help and, almost serendipitously, found a hypnotherapy school in the city where I lived. Without overthinking, I signed up for in-person training. That decision changed everything.
The Inner Work
Through hypnotherapy and visualization, I began releasing old hurts, uncovering beliefs that had been handed to me but weren’t truly mine, and practicing forgiveness — both for others and for myself.
One of my biggest patterns to overcome was people-pleasing. I had spent so much energy trying to gain approval, that I had lost sight of my own worth. Piece by piece, I reclaimed it. And in that process, I realized: I wasn’t alone. These patterns — self-doubt, fear, people-pleasing — are struggles that so many of us carry, yet no one teaches us how to heal from them.
The Shift
Today, my life feels profoundly different. The inner critic is quieter. I trust myself more deeply. I know my worth isn’t determined by anyone else’s opinion or external circumstances. And slowly but surely, my outer world is beginning to reflect the inner work I’ve done.
It hasn’t always been easy. Some circumstances and relationships have naturally fallen away — because they no longer match who I am becoming. But that, too, is part of the process of stepping into alignment.
Why I’m Sharing This
We are living in times of massive change. The old systems and structures we relied on are shifting. Many people are feeling the pull to live more authentically, but at the same time they’re stuck — in patterns, jobs, relationships, or fears that hold them back.
I know this struggle intimately. And I also know that freedom is possible.
This is why I feel called to guide others. I believe that by doing our own inner work, we not only change our personal reality, but also contribute to healing the collective consciousness. When more of us step into our truth, humanity as a whole shifts toward greater authenticity, freedom, and harmony.
An Invitation
Whether you’re moving abroad, changing careers, or simply stepping into a new chapter of life, the outer shift always begins within. If you can rewire the fears, doubts, and stories holding you back, the transition becomes so much smoother.
I’ve opened a limited number of Founders spots for private hypnotherapy, where we’ll work together 1:1 to clear fear, activate clarity, and connect with the future version of you who’s already living the life you want.
This is a rare chance to work with me directly before I transition into larger group offerings.
